GREAT customer service!. Kyle, the founder called me back same day and provided an expert assessment on my move. He walked me through the steps to move and was familiar with some of the bigger and smaller moving companies in Seattle and provided transparent assessments. We consulted for 20 minutes and nothing felt transactional. He offered his time to bounce ideas on the moving process. I really appreciate this level of service. Unfortunately, his company doesn’t move across states. As I’m shopping around, this consultation really stood out to me and I would highly recommend this moving company.
